This blog has been created for several reasons. I am starting to progressively "go organic". I have done some research, which is posted in the "articles" tab above. I decided to write about my experiences through a blog. I hope this can aid my personal training clients, friends, family, and whoever happens to come upon this blog.

My goal is to help all who read this obtain overall health. The three sections will include: nutrition, fitness, and mental health. Nutrition will contain recipes, grocery shopping tips, and random facts. Fitness will contain creative exercises, cardio programs, and injury prevention techniques. Mental health is vital to overall health, there will be articles to help strengthen that aspect of your life.
