Have a great break everyone!

I am headed to Arkansas for two and half weeks! I will be thinking of each of you. I will be posting workouts soon. Please Please and did I say Please be good! Give yourself the gift of strength, health, and being fit this Christmas. You are all making so much progress, even if you don't see it. You are. :) Smile. Be happy. Be grateful. And be strong, resist the temptation to eat a lot.
I will allow you to have one treat every three days. Plan it out and don't overeat regular food either. Get those fruits and veggies in!
Hit that challenge and you'll get a free session!
I love you all!
Be safe while traveling!
One more note...Christmas is a time for service.

Truly He taught us to love one another,
His law is love and His gospel is peace.
Chains he shall break, for the slave is our brother.
And in his name all oppression shall cease.
Sweet hymns of joy in grateful chorus raise we,
With all our hearts we praise His holy name.
Christ is the Lord! Then ever, ever praise we,
His power and glory ever more proclaim!
His power and glory ever more proclaim!

These are lyrics from O Holy Night. I love this song, and I LOVE these words.  Let's make it a special Christmas by finding someone that is in a worse situation than we are, and serve them!
Have a great holiday break everyone!!
